I have a wealth of experience in finance and property, having obtained my BCom Degree in Management and worked in banking for 10 years as a Medium Business Relationship Executive and in accounting for 5 years in an Engineering firm.

This has enabled me to develop and hone my skills in relationship building, providing outstanding customer service, managing investments, and being highly organised.

Since 2013, I have been a Franchisee of 3 Branches for a decade, and have gained in-depth knowledge of running a successful business. My specialties include recruiting and training staff in sales, marketing, and technical skills, as well as transaction coordination.

I am a proficient negotiator, seller, and listener, and I always aim to exceed my clients’ expectations. Additionally, I have a firm grasp of financial data and creating detailed reports and spreadsheets, and I can offer clients advice on property values and techniques to maximise the sales price.

I am also well-versed in negotiating sales contracts, verifying financial documents for accuracy and timeliness, and managing daily client and transaction follow-ups.

Moreover, I have maintained and organised an extensive client database, used to create and implement client campaigns, and I have coordinated marketing campaigns, various community activities, etc.
